For those who need additional education or training to get a job. Group members will research, create, and present career and education plans. On-line education program. PathwayConnect is $73/per credit hour; no test scores, ecclesiastical referral or high school diploma needed. Specifically designed to increase income after the first year and maximize income after the second year of completion.

Maricopa County’s Youth Workforce Program assists out of school or out of work young adults ages 16-24 in furthering their education or finding employment. Enrolled youth participate in a year round program where they receive tools to become successful, productive citizens.
ARIZONA@WORK: Maricopa County partners with community agencies to offer a wide variety of services to enrolled youth. Our Youth Career Guidance Specialists help each participant chart his or her own course. We can customize a plan to help you succeed in finding employment, education or training – all at no cost.

"The O*NET program is the nation's primary source of occupational information. Central to the project is the O*NET database, containing information on hundreds of standardized and occupation-specific descriptors. The database, which is available to the public at no cost, is continually updated by surveying a broad range of workers from each occupation. Information from this database forms the heart of O*NET OnLine, an interactive application for exploring and searching occupations. The database also provides the basis for our Career Exploration Tools, a set of valuable assessment instruments for workers and students looking to find or change careers."
