Ingredients:
Cooked shredded chicken (about 2 breasts) OR Canned or Bottled chicken 1 - Can of cream of chicken soup 1 - Can of cream of mushroom soup Salt & pepper to taste Rice |
Directions:
Cook as much rice as you'd like as a base. Mix both soups in a pot with the chicken Add salt to taste. Cook over medium until heated through. Serve over rice and season with pepper. Makes 2-3 servings. Quick, easy, kids love it. |
